As Chief Executive Officer of Wolf Advisory Services, Rob’s goal is to provide well thought-out, customized solutions to meet his clients’ financial planning needs. Rob created his firm’s proprietary process, The Signet 360 Advantage, to guide his clients through life’s financial challenges. The process is designed to get our clients intimately engaged where, together with Rob, their goals and dreams can be clearly defined. We seek to align our company with the common goals of our clients to put us on the same side of the table. Simply stated, our firm does well when we are able to help our clients do well.
In May of 1995, after graduating from Western Michigan University with his bachelor’s in finance, Rob started his career in the financial services industry. Along the way Rob experienced the ups and downs of the financial markets and has helped his clients manage the emotional rollercoaster that these markets cause. Time in the industry has provided Rob with perspective that he shares with his clients, reminding them of the big picture and their stated goals, both long and short term. He is passionate about his proprietary process, The Signet 360 Advantage, where he takes his clients through a time of discovery and illumination regarding their financial goals and dreams. Rob is a financial fiduciary where he puts forth solutions that are in the best interests of his clients. He serves his clients in the roles of personal financial coach, counselor, and mentor.
Rob is a life-long resident of Southwest Michigan and is married with three daughters.
Jim is passionate about helping clients and their families achieve financial well-being. After completing a 33-year career with Whirlpool Corporation as a sales and marketing leader (VP National Accounts), he transitioned into helping others plan for their future. He follows a very disciplined planning process that starts with listening intently to each client before constructing robust and personalized plans that can adapt as the client’s life unfolds and their needs change. Jim graduated from Michigan State University with his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and his MBA in Marketing.
As a 16-year-old student meeting with his dad's financial advisor for the first time, Joe realized the positive impact an advisor can have on an individual or family's future - whether things are going as planned, or the unexpected happens. From then on, he had a strong desire to help people be wise with their money.
Joe graduated from Anderson University in Anderson, IN with a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management. He attends the First Church of God Benton Heights campus where his wife, Rachel, serves as Worship Director. They love raising their three boys in Southwest Michigan and enjoy spending time camping, fishing, and hiking the dunes.
Debbie leads the day-to-day operation of the firm, ensuring the firm is running smoothly and efficiently. She leverages more than two decades of administrative and office management experience to focus on delivering outstanding personnel management, leadership and client customer service. Her caring manner allows her to fulfill the needs of both potential and existing clients.
Amanda assists Rob in taking clients through the financial planning process from beginning to end, including servicing of the plan, using a truly holistic approach that aims to exceed client expectations through the firm’s unique service experience. She is also responsible for training within the firm, equipping financial professionals with the tools they need to succeed in their positions.
Michael prides himself on building personal relationships with each client to successfully service their tax needs and follow up as these needs change. He provides advisor support in client meetings and is responsible for managing account technology. Michael also assists clients in identifying clients’ life and health insurance needs as part of the firm’s comprehensive planning approach.
Sara is responsible for helping Rob and the team ensure that clients receive only the best service and attention. She greets clients at the front desk with a warm, welcoming attitude and works diligently to ensure that everyone is well prepared for each meeting. Sara is also responsible for scheduling appointments, updating client accounts and managing account statements.
